Kajal agarwal career

She began acting career here in the 2004 Hindi movie Kyun ...! Ho Gaya Na, In which she enacted a minor supporting role as the friend of Diya, the film's lead female, played by Aishwarya Rai. Only three years later, she got here next acting victim, which was veteran Tamil director Bharathiraja's Bommalattam. The movie, however, got delayed and released only in late 2008th In the meantime, she made here debut in the Telugu film industry and played her first leading role in Teja's Lakshmi Kalyanam alongside Kalyan Ram, Which did not do well at the box office. In 2008, she had her first Tamil-language film release, which was Perarasu's action entertainer Pazhani. The film, In which she shared screen space with Bharath was a commercial success. Following this film, she had two more Tamil releases that year with Venkat Prabhu's Saroja comedy-thriller, In which she did a guest appearance, and finally Bharathiraja's Investigative thriller Bommalattam. Especially the types of films went on to become a commercial as well as a critical success, but both films failed to boost career here as here roles were too insignificant. Both here Telugu releases that year, Pourudu and Aatadista opposite Sumanth and Nitin, respectively, neither received positive reviews nor were successul at the box office.


In 2009 she had four releases, three of which in Telugu. Here only Tamil film that year, which was Saran's Modhi Vilayadu, released first, it garnered mixed reviews and poor box office returns. Next she starred in the Magadheera, In which she essayed double roles for the first time. The film recevied universal critical acclaim as did the lead actors, including Kajal Agarwal, for their performances. Agarwal, particularly, was praised for this portrayal of a princess, Yuvarani Mithravindha, in the movie. The film was also commercially highly successful and broke several records, emerging as the highest-grossing Telugu films and as one of the biggest box office hits in India. Following Magadheera's phenomenal success, Agarwal became one of the most sought-after actresses in the Telugu film industry, catapulting here into the main foray of lead Telugu actresses.
